  • Can I use the same username and password to sign in to my account?

    Yes! All of your account information – including your credentials – has remained the same.

  • How do I make a payment?

    Things may look a little different, but the process for making a payment is the same. Here are your options:

    Online. Sign in to your account – or create one if you haven’t already – and visit Make A Payment.

    If your account isn’t eligible for online payments, please call an Account Advisor at (800) 508-0944, option 4, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET, or Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ET.

    Nothing changed if you have autopay or automatic withdrawal set up. You can still edit, cancel or change payments from the Payment Center.

    Mail. You can mail your payment to the following address:

  • How do I know this isn’t a fraudulent site?

    We do everything we can to keep our clients’ information safe and secure. However, it’s smart to be skeptical, especially where your personal information is concerned. If you’re questioning whether this site is secure, here are some things to look for:

    • The domain name in the URL (the part directly before the “.com”) tells you that you’re in the right place. If it says “rocketmortgage” before the “.com,” you’re not being phished.
    • The URL should start with “https,” not “http.” This tells you that you’re on a secure site.
    • The Subject field in the site certificate should show that this website is associated with Quicken Loans.
  • What does it mean that you’ve partnered with your Rocket sister companies?

    This means that your Rocket Account (the account you use to access Rocket Mortgage) now gives you access to Rocket HQ and Rocket Homes. You can use your Rocket Account credentials on all three websites. We haven’t shared your personal information with our sister companies. We’ve just made it easier for you to take advantage of their services if you’re interested in them.

  • Will I have to make a new account to view my loan?

    No. Your existing account will work exactly as it did before. It’ll just look a bit different!

  • Does Quicken Loans still hold and service my mortgage?

    Yes! Quicken Loans is still the mortgage company behind Rocket Mortgage, and your loan is still held and serviced by Quicken Loans. If we were ever to sell your loan or change our company name, we would reach out.

  • Do I have to change any of my payment information?

    No. You don’t need to make any changes to your payments because of our site updates. If you use autopay or have any one-time payments already scheduled, then we’ll still draft those payments according to plan.

  • Do I have to re-upload any of the documents or information that I’ve already provided to you?

    No. The updates don’t impact your application in any way. Any documents or information you’ve already provided have remained in your account.

  • Will I still work with the same team members on my loan that’s in process?

    Yes. The Quicken Loans team members who were helping you before will still be there to assist. 

  • Can I get the old look back?

    Unfortunately, you can’t, but we hope you’ll enjoy the new look and feel. We’ve tried to make the transition easier by keeping our features and functionality the same.

  • Why did you make these changes?

    Our clients have always been at the center of everything we do, and we hope our new look represents that better.
